Aerospace Engineering Student | Tinkering with Edge AI & Drone Systems

A third-year aerospace engineering student who enjoys tinkering with a Jetson Nano and a half-disassembled quadcopter. I build small, honest systems end to end: airframe, wiring, flight controller setup, then the vision code that runs on board. Most of what I know came from things that failed first.

Looking for a 2027 graduate roles in UAV systems, avionics or embedded/edge AI.

Current Focus
Onboard vision on Jetson Nano
Builds Completed
4 airframes
Logged Flight Time
18 hrs
Toolchain
Python, C++, ROS 2, Fusion 360

01 — Projects

Projects & builds

Hands-on hardware and software builds, with what worked and what didn't.

Project Goals: Build a complete 6-Degree-of-Freedom rigid-body flight dynamics model from first principles in MATLAB/Simulink, design state-space controllers (LQR with integral action and PID fallback), and validate control stability through Hardware-In-The-Loop (HITL) testing on a physical Pixhawk controller.

03 — Skills

Skills & competencies

An honest read on where I'm comfortable and where I'm still learning.
